Become A Member

Six months of continuous sobriety is required to become a member.

Follow the steps below to become a new member:

1. Print and fill out the Membership Application

2 . Scan the completed Membership Application and attach it to an email here

OR Bring the completed Membership Application to the SFC and submit it to the Custodian on Duty.


3. Pay your membership dues
(online below, or in-person at SFC).

4. SFC Board Members will approve your membership and mail you your membership packet and key to the upstairs lounge.

SFC Membership costs $50*
billed annually

*Please note, a $3.74 processing fee is added to all payments made online.
